Royal Vegas is run by Baytree Interactive Ltd (Guernsey, company 69691). It states a Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission licence, number 01059. The Kahnawà:ke Commission's list of permit holders shows Baytree Interactive Limited with royalvegascasino.com among its sites; the list itself doesn't show licence numbers. The site describes itself as "fully licensed and regulated" for Canada, but it's a Kahnawà:ke permit, not a provincial one. Ontario players are expected to use the separate Ontario site.
The welcome offer, and an inconsistency
The banner we saw described a match bonus "up to C$300" on each of the 1st to 4th deposits, with 10 daily spins at a million and a C$10 minimum. Further down, the page's text describes "$1200 in deposit match bonuses, split over your first three deposits". Those don't match, so check the current offer on the sign-up page and in the bonus terms before depositing. We couldn't load Royal Vegas's own bonus-terms page from our location, so we can't confirm the wagering multiple for this brand. Its sister sites' terms use 35x.
Loyalty rewards
The page explains that you earn rewards points for credits played. Once you've built up 5,000 points, you can exchange them for bonus credits with no wagering requirements, at 1,000 points per credit. Points in a programme like this come from play, so they shouldn't be a reason to play more. But no-wagering credits are fairer than most loyalty bonuses.

Royal Vegas makes a point of its Apricot partnership, saying the developer launched the first true online casino software in 1994. Expect a lobby of Apricot slots and progressive jackpots, Apricot table games including roulette, blackjack and baccarat, and a live casino. The site says its games are eCOGRA-certified.
Payments
The site lists debit and credit cards, e-wallets, mobile wallets and prepaid vouchers in general terms, without naming each method or giving processing times we could check. Look at the cashier for the methods available in your province, and note that credit card availability depends on your bank.
Verification and withdrawals
Expect identity, address and payment-method checks, as at the rest of the group. Complete them early. Withdrawals go through a pending stage before release, as at most casinos. If yours sits there longer than the cashier says, ask support for the reason in writing.

Verdict
Royal Vegas has a clear operator, a well-known software partner and a loyalty scheme with no-wagering credits. Its welcome offer was described inconsistently when we looked. Confirm it, verify your account early, and set a deposit limit.
Which offer applies to you?
Because the page described the offer two different ways, check the version shown in your own account before you deposit. The two readings work out very differently. Four matches of up to C$300 is C$1,200 spread over four deposits. "C$1,200 over your first three deposits" means bigger matches on fewer deposits. Either way, a full C$300 bonus at the group's usual 35x would mean C$10,500 in bets. We haven't confirmed the multiple in Royal Vegas's own terms, so treat that figure as an illustration, not a quote.
If support gives you an answer on the offer, save it. A screenshot or chat transcript is useful if there's a dispute later.
About the rewards points
The loyalty scheme is one of the more concrete parts of the site. Points are earned on credits played, and once you have 5,000 you can exchange them at 1,000 points per credit, with no wagering on what you redeem. That's a slow, steady return, not a reason to play more than you planned.
How we checked Royal Vegas
We read the Canadian home page and the footer licence details from Canada on 12 October 2026 and checked the Kahnawà:ke permit list. The bonus-terms page didn't load for us, which is why the wagering figure above is unconfirmed. We didn't test a withdrawal.
