The footer names Baytree Interactive Ltd (company 69691), registered in Guernsey at Kingsway House, Havilland Street, St Peter Port. It says the company is licensed by the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission, licence number 01059. The Commission's public list of permit holders includes Baytree Interactive Limited with jackpotcitycasino.com among its domains. The list doesn't show licence numbers, so we couldn't match 01059 there.
A Kahnawà:ke permit is not an Ontario licence. Players in Ontario are sent to a separate site regulated through iGaming Ontario.
Welcome offer, as shown to Canadian visitors
The banner showed C$1,600 in deposit bonuses, plus "10 free shots" a day at a C$1,000,000 prize. It's split across four deposits, each matched up to C$400, with a C$10 minimum deposit for new customers. The total only works out to C$1,600 if you deposit enough for the full match four times.
Bonus terms worth reading
- Wagering: 35 times the bonus amount, according to the bonus terms, before it moves from bonus balance to cash. A C$400 bonus means C$14,000 of bets.
- Claim window: 7 days from opening the account to claim the match bonus.
- Daily spins: the "10 chances" expire 30 days after your last deposit.
- Bet cap: the terms set a maximum bet of €8 per round and 50c per line while a bonus is being played through. Breaking it can forfeit the bonus.
- One welcome bonus across the group: the terms say welcome bonuses can be limited across member casinos, so having claimed one at a sister site may affect your eligibility.
Games
The lobby is mainly slots, including branded titles and the group's networked jackpots, plus blackjack, roulette, baccarat, video poker and video bingo, and a live casino with roulette, blackjack and baccarat tables. The site says its games are certified by eCOGRA, the independent testing agency. We didn't count the games and the site doesn't publish a fixed number.
Payments and withdrawals
Jackpot City has a payment methods page and a separate crypto page; the home page said crypto deposits had just been added. It doesn't publish a payout time we could verify, so we won't quote one. Its own sign-up guide says you'll need to provide ID, proof of address and payment-method details to complete KYC. Do that first, and your first withdrawal is far less likely to stall.

This is better than many international sites. The page lists self-exclusion, deposit limits, cooling-off periods and wager limits, and links to gamblingtherapy.org. Set a deposit limit before your first deposit, not after a bad night.

Jackpot City suits Canadian players outside Ontario who want a long-established brand with lots of slots, tested games and decent account tools. It's less suited to anyone who dislikes high wagering. Verdict
A solid, familiar choice with a clear operator and licence trail, eCOGRA testing and proper limit tools. The bonus is large on paper but demanding in practice. Verify early, set limits, and read the bonus terms for your province before opting in.
What the full package costs in play
It helps to do the sums before you deposit. Jackpot City's package is four matches of up to C$400 each. Take just the first one: deposit C$400, get a C$400 bonus, and at 35x you need C$14,000 of bets before the bonus turns into cash. Do that for all four deposits and you're looking at C$56,000 of play across the whole package, all of it inside the time limits in the terms. Most casual players won't get near that, and that's fine. A smaller deposit gives you a smaller bonus with the same 35x multiple, so the play needed shrinks in proportion.
The daily "10 free shots" at a C$1,000,000 prize are a separate thing. They don't need a big deposit, but they do run out 30 days after your last deposit, so they're not a reason to keep topping up.

We opened the Canadian home page, the bonus terms and the payment methods page from Canada on 12 October 2026, and checked the operator against the Kahnawà:ke Commission's public list of permit holders.
